save or splurge: polka-dotted leggings

I actually picked up the Target leggings on my last trip so when I discovered there are so many polka dotted leg apparel out there, I thought I lucked out with the twenty-dollar version.

ps. looking back in the archives, I found this post and realized it has a major typo. Those Madewell leggings were $59.50. So, yes, they would be a splurge.
